Boone's 1st Local Tour Guide Experience

From The President, Do It Again Events LLC.

Greetings fellow earthlings, I am Julz Espinoza and I created Do It Again Events LLC., in Winter 2023.

I wanted to bring Casino Event Rentals to Central, Iowa in fall of 2023. Most of the Casino Events are traditionally at end of the year holidays; and we were not able to get off the ground, as we needed equipment and party bookings quickly.

Following Winter 2023, I next moved from Johnston, IA-a suburb of the Capitol of Des Moines, Iowa.  I moved 30 miles NW of Des Moines to a train town called Boone, IA. 

Long story short, I walked out of my new home and realized there was so many things to do and no one taking them around to see. 

I got excited about my new hometown. I instantly started networking and meeting locals from residences, small and large businesses, local & State officials, and travelers.

As it was now mid-summer 2024, I got started. I shopped for insurances and unit rentals for the whole summer. At one moment, I did not know if it would end up coming together. But I did it! I got the insurance's I needed to proceed with now getting a business site location.

I chose an office at the Livery Building. (see video with the progress)

Finally getting the office together and making a work desk (Thank you Kruck Plumbing, Boone, IA). We moved in and started following our North Star.

The Livery Building was now 99% occupied and an Open-House event was presented to us, and we paired up with Creative Ghost Design Agency on presenting it to the community. 

The date of February 8th, 2025 was locked in. Now a target goal in sight.
